Be part of the Customer Focus team, help troubleshooting complex IT security environments which include network, security & IOT devices
Setup lab environment and reproduce customers’ issues
Verify code fixes before delivering an official version into a customer environment
Design test strategies using Test/QA best practices
Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical/ support/QA as a systems engineer, Solid understandings of security technologies like WAF, firewall, IPS, VPN, etc Experience in Unix/Linux environment
Demonstrated knowledge of Linux, network sniffers, packet replay
Experience configuring, installing, and troubleshooting server software and hardware in a Windows and Linux environment
Good understanding of TCP/IP.
Knowledge in protocols (DNS, SMTP, SNMP, DHCP, 802.1 x).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent industry /excellent students on their last year of studding (available for full time job ) –strong advantage
